Problems Receiving Mail

• If you are getting mail in you inbox that is unwanted, forward the COMPLETE HEADERS** of the message to spam at flubix.com  We monitor this mailbox and do our best to stop trends of spam messages.  Do not forward a copy of the message itself, only the headers.

• If mail is being bounced by the Flubix spam filter, have the sender forward the bounceback or NDR to- abuse at flubix.com

 

Problems with the Web Interface

• Are you registered?  Can you login to the spamfilter site?

• Try restarting your computer

• Make sure that you are running  Internet Explorer version 7

• Download and apply all available Operating System and Browser patches

• Email flubix support- spam at flubix.com

** To view email headers in Outlook Express, right click on a message in the message list, and choose properties, then click Details.  In Outlook, right click a message and choose Options.  Copy and paste contents of these Internet Headers into a new email message.
